  Misdiagnosed my UTI twice, once as constipation then as nothing. Details below. The level of care directly depends on how busy they are, I think, because I've had excellent care here before when they were slow. But they were very busy both times I went in recently. Went in on a Friday with vomiting, back pain and shaking. Was told I was constipated and referred to GI doctor (who couldn't see me for over a month). Went back the next day due to increasing pain in back and stomach. Was asked literally "we've already referred you to a GI doctor, what more do you want?" Explained how things were getting worse, was told I was NOT constipated and sent on my way with no help or diagnosis, also told my urine looked "not too bad". I paid them again though. Went to my family Dr who diagnosed UTI based on symptoms because the urine tests don't show everything. Prescribed antibiotics and within 24 hours has relief.

  Dr. Morgan was so incredibly respectful and kind-hearted. I appreciate her so much! I had been to a doctor the previous Sunday and was mis diagnosed. She was compassionate when listening to what all I had going on and was able to finally properly diagnose me. I am already feeling a thousand times better. Thank you very much to everyone on staff - from the kind lady at the check in, to my sweet nurse, to all the other nurses as well! And the kind, very intelligent pharmacist! Everyone was so welcoming, patient, and kind. I will most certainly be back - even though I hope it's not for a long time!
